ADMISSIONS PROCESS

STEP 1: INFORMATION

Request a detailed information packet by completing the form below.
Required: Attend an Information Meeting or view the introductory video

Information Meetings are the best way to find out more about the school. At the meeting you will have the chance to hear from and talk with staff, browse curriculum, pick up a school information packet, meet other interested families, and ask any questions you may have.
The Information Packet provides more details than we are usually able to provide during an Information Meeting. If possible, interested families should review the Information Packet before attending the Information Meeting.

STEP 2: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AND INTERVIEW

After requesting an information packet, we will follow-up with you to answer any questions you have about Oaks. If you believe Oaks is a good fit for your family, we will provide you with an Expression of Interest to fill out. Now that you have gotten to know us, it is our turn to get to know you! This is a brief questionnaire about your family make-up, culture and spiritual convictions.

After we receive your completed Expression of Interest, we set-up at time to meet your family personally. Family Interviews will include both parents, the child(ren) applying to enroll in Oaks, and 2 to 3 staff and members.

After the family interview, Oaks will provide you with a Student Application for each child enrolling at Oaks.

STEP 3: APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION

After the family interview, Oaks will provide you with a Student Application for each child enrolling at Oaks. Once you have completed a Student Application for each enrolling child, return the application(s) and the $250 family registration to secure your place for the fall.

STEP 4: ENROLLMENT

Once we have received your Student Application(s) and registration fee, you will receive our curriculum link where you can access the year's booklist, recitation schedule, weekly assignment sheets, video resources and more! Each family has the option to purchase the required books on their own or pay a book fee (specific to their program) to have Oaks handle this for you. *NOTE: If you choose to purchase your own books, these must be brought to Open House before school begins.
